Joe recently retired from the Fire Service after over 40 years of service, with a majority of that time being served with the Alloway Township Fire Company (Salem County) where Joe held the positions of Fire Chief and Assistant Chief for over 20 years. In addition to his actual fire service time, Joe has over 22 years of experience as a fire apparatus sales representative having worked with multiple departments in Southern New Jersey (many on a repeat basis) from initial apparatus concept development through delivery and more importantly post-delivery customer relations on multiple apparatus of all types. As a Professional Project Manager and Engineer, and an experienced fire service provider and apparatus sales professional, Joe has the abilities to blend and manage a customer’s requirements in a logical and deliberate manner to fully achieve the needs of the department/customer.

Charles is presently a career firefighter for the past 10 years with the North Plainfield Fire Department. Charles is an active member of Bernardsville Fire Co for 23 years where he is currently a Captain and is an Ex-Chief. He is a veteran of the USAF and served active duty for 4 years as a firefighter. In the USAF he trained in Aircraft firefighting and rescue. Charles is also a qualified fire instructor. With this extensive fire career background – Charles brings to the table vast knowledge of the fire industry to help assist your department in finding the perfect truck.
Scott Holowach – Sales

Scott comes from a background of serving in the emergency services. He began his career as an Elizabeth police officer, then going on to serve as a firefighter in the FDNY for 13 years. Having many years of experience in sales of firetrucks and ambulances, he brings extensive knowledge of what customers expectations and requirements are for emergency apparatus.
Raymond L. Van Marter – Sales

Ray is a 28 year veteran of the New Jersey fire service. He currently is a Deputy Fire Marshall in charge of training for Ocean County. Ray has been a firefighter with Toms River Fire Company #1 & #2, United States Veterans Administration, Jackson Township Fire District #3 and is a current member of the Stafford Township Fire Department. Knowing how to coordinate is part of Ray’s day to day activities. When it comes to finding the right apparatus for you, he will be nothing but hands on. Walking you through the steps to find what your company is looking for.
Keith Oberlin -Sales

Keith has actively been a volunteer firefighter since graduating in 2008 from the Ocean County Fire Academy. During that time he was an active member of Manchester Fire Company. For the past three years, Keith resided in Carteret and was an active fireman with Carteret Fire Department. Now living back in Manchester, Keith currently serves as Lieutenant in the fire department. Chris Aldrich – Sales

Chris has extensive knowledge and background in the emergency services. He has served as Ocean County Fire Coordinator since January 2011 to present where he assists fire chiefs in resource deployment. Chris also served in the Pleasant Plains Fire Department from 1991 – 2010 and held office as Chief from 2006-2007. He currently is a Whitesville Volunteer Firefighter since 2009 and is on the Jackson Fire District 1 Commissioners board.

Ron Hill -Ambulance & AED sales
Ron is currently Captain with the Lakewood Fire Dept. and has been in the fire service since 1995. Ron works for The Lakewood Twp. Dept. of EMS and has been and EMT for the past 18 years. While at work Ron’s performs multiple duties such as vehicle extrication, tactical ems, and commanding scenes. Ron’s duties have allowed him to have the knowledge and experience of what is really needed to build your departments emergency vehicle.
Jay Sonnenfeld – Lead Development
Jay has been an active Pine Beach firefighter for 31 years. Serving as Chief and President of the Pine Beach Fire Department has given Jay the skills to organize and set standards for his department. Jay is an instructor at the Ocean County Fire Academy, where he keeps all his knowledge up to date with all the newest technologies. Jay has been instructing on all facets of pump operations since 1985. He has extensive training in all phases of fire ground hydraulics. Jay has worked with Hale and Waterous pumps on engines and aerial devices.
